Mark is an experienced business leader with extensive experience gained across a variety of operational, commercial and financial roles.
He has worked within engineering/manufacturing sector for the last 25 years having initially trained and qualified as an accountant within the Financial Services sector.
Gary Lane
Gary brings over 39 years’ experience of working in a sub-contract precision machining environment. His engineering education began in 1982 as an apprentice tool maker. He has gone on to work within many varied markets including the oil and gas, Defence, Aerospace and Nuclear sectors.
He has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of machine shop methodology and Management and has held key positions including Production Engineer, Senior NPI Engineer and Production Engineering Manager posts before transitioning into Customer focused roles.
Precision engineering is his lifeblood and delivering Customer expectations remains his focus.
Steve Barlett
Steve has worked in the aerospace industry for 25 years having gained a 2:1 aerospace engineering degree at the University of the West of England.He has specialised within the subcontract machining world gaining experience in a variety of roles from production scheduling, MRP & IT installations, procurement and customer relations for major OEMs. His current role at WG Jones involves managing customer expectations by providing products on time. Managing the team, from procurement through to operations, in order to get product through the shop floor. He lives close to Bournemouth town centre, enjoys spending time at his beach hut, and camping in his VW camper van.
Adam Reed
Adam has over 20 years experience working in the Defence and Aerospace sectors. His engineering education commenced in 1996 as an apprentice mechanical engineer and he brings an extensive knowledge of CNC machining methodologies and principles.
Adam has an HNC qualification in Manufacturing Management and is also qualified as an AS9100 Auditor.
