Paul Moody
Paul has a history spanning over 40 years in a diverse engineering sector. He brings extensive experience of customer focused management gained from his experience in Managing/Directing companies involved in such disciplines as Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems, Special purpose machinery and of course Precision Machining and related activities.
In his personal time Paul has spent many years as Chairman of a Charity specialising in rare genetic conditions affecting Children.
Lee Harwood
Lee has over two decades experience working within engineering environments, initially within the aerospace sector prior to expanding into multiple sectors such as Oil & Gas and Defence.
Previously as Purchasing Manager, Lee migrated into more systems and quality focused roles. Introducing new quality and I.T. systems, auditing and maintaining AS9100 standards whilst being able to call on an extensive knowledge base of suppliers, specifications and materials.
Stevan Nesbitt
Steve brings over 40 years’ experience starting his career as a time served fitter/mechanic. He spent 15 years at Nissan UK in various production roles including lean manufacturing training across Europe.
Steve’s primary focus will be to ensure the effective day to day running of the shop floor and related disciplines ensuring productivity and turnover targets are met. He is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, Quality, Cost and Delivery. Ensuring all components meet customer requirements and specifications, combined with on time delivery in full.
Phil Robson
Phil brings over 20 years manufacturing experience, the majority of which is working in the precision machining sector. He is a time served Tool Maker and has several years’ experience as a Process Technician in a Volume Manufacturing facility.
He moved on to Estimating in the precision machining sector and, after several years, progressed to Senior Estimator. Phil then progressed to become Operations Manager and has recently moved roles to become Client Delivery & Quotations Manager.
Anthony Powell
Anthony has over 35 years’ experience working within subcontract precision machining environments, starting as an apprentice on the machines working within multiple sectors such as Oil & Gas, Defence, and aerospace.
He has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of machine shop methodology and has held positions as shopfloor supervisor, production engineer, transitioning into engineering manager.
