Ray holds over 40 years of precision manufacturing experience all the way from the shop floor to Senior Management and all points in between.

From his early days training at British Aerospace Hurn, working in the machine shop on the BA 111 production and such prestigious projects as Concord to then moving on to work in many other areas such as Naval, Nuclear, Satellite, Oil and Gas and Military, always as a hands-on Production Engineer. He has a vast experience in the design and manufacture of tooling and producing parts to cost and on tight timelines.

As Engineering Manager, his “hands on” manufacturing experience feeds well into the New Part Introduction process that he has set up with his team of dedicated, professional Engineers and support staff. All of whom pride themselves in taking on new challenges and coming up with solutions no matter what the problem.
